Abstract本发明涉及一种碳纤维增强聚合物基自润滑材料及其制备方法。该材料的组成和质量分数为:聚酰亚胺30~50%、短切碳纤维10~20%、二硫化钼10~40%、三氧化二锑10~30%。本发明具有机械强度高,摩擦系数小、磨损率低等特点。可加工为滑片,轴承等使用,提高了材料的减摩耐磨能力,延长材料使用寿命。
