Abstract

本发明公开了一种红土镍矿浸出液中杂质铁、钴、锰离子的萃取分离方法,将萃取剂P204、Cyanex272、TBP与稀释剂磺化煤油以一定比例混合得到协同萃取体系,并调整萃取剂比例、皂化率、混合时间等萃取工艺参数,可以获得良好的萃取分离效果;通过调整反萃实现硫酸镍初级液中铁、钴、锰的有效去除,使初级硫酸镍溶液中的铁、钴、锰含量降低至0.0001g/L以下;并获得较高的金属回收率,具备工业化应用的潜力。
