Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用射频磁控溅射物理气相沉积技术来制备硅铝二元掺杂非晶碳薄膜的方法。超低摩擦硅铝二元掺杂非晶碳薄膜具有9-15GPa的纳米硬度,优异的摩擦学性能,最低摩擦系数达到0.0083,持续处于超低摩擦系数的往复次数长达18000次。薄膜均匀致密,与基底材料的结合牢固,耐磨性好,能广泛用于磁存储光盘,微电子机械系统(MEMS)及汽车零部件等领域。
