表面修饰MoS2纳米微粒的XPS研究

Abstract本文用X射线光电子能谱表征了MoS2纳米微粒的结构及元素存在的化学状态.结果表明:不同合成条件和不同反应物对纳米微粒的结构和元素存在的化学状态有较大的影响.二烷基二硫代磷酸修饰于MoS2纳米微粒的表面所形成的表面修饰层,有效地阻止了MoS2纳米核的氧化.
