| Abstract | 以Al2O3为载体，在底物、Co2+和Mg2+、明胶的保护下，采用先吸咐后交联的方法固定化葡萄糖异构酶，制得的固定化葡萄糖异构酶静态酶活10000 μ/g以上，稳定性高于只用吸咐法制得的固定化葡萄糖异构酶。 |
