铁钼石墨系高温自润滑复合材料及其制备方法

Abstract

本发明公开了一种金属基高温自润滑复合材料及其制备方法。该材料由钼5%~35%、镍3%~12%、铜3~10%、铅1.5%~7%、锡0.5%~3%、石墨2~8%、氟化铈0.5%~4%以及余量的铁组成。通过混料、冷压成型、自由烧结工艺制备而成。材料在室温至450℃有优良的减摩、抗磨性能、抗氧化、性能、耐腐蚀、长寿命和自润滑特性,适用于制造在高温环境下工作设备的高温滑动部件。
