Abstract

本发明公开了一种氧化铝陶瓷自润滑复合材料及其制备方法。材料由氧化铝、氧化锆和复合润滑剂制成,表层为氧化铝层,间隔层为氧化铝-氧化锆层,材料以铺层-冷压-热压工艺制备。材料兼具优异的力学和摩擦学性能,适应温度范围宽(室温~1000℃),可用作极端苛刻环境(高温、腐蚀、特殊气氛等)下的润滑与密封材料。
