| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种甘露醇衍生的手性双齿亚磷酸酯配体及其制备方法与用途。配体结构如式I所示，该配体为白色固体，在氮气气氛下能够稳定存在，使用的原料价格便宜且容易获得，合成方法简单。氮气气氛下，配体与Cu盐在有机溶剂中反应原位制备配体/Cu催化剂，催化不对称1,4-共轭加成反应，得到具有光学活性的β-乙基环状酮产物，产率和对映选择性分别高达99%和93%。 |
