本发明公开了一种羟基咪唑功能化离子液体润滑剂及其制备方法。离子液体化学名称为1-(2-羟乙基)-3-癸基咪唑双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺盐,分子式为C17H29N3S2O4F6。离子液体具有较好的低熔点、不可燃、挥发性低和热稳定性高并具有很低的摩擦系数和较长的极压抗磨性能,制备过程和方法简单,转化率高,可以广泛应用于各种摩擦副及特定的工况条件,也适合大规模制备,具有广泛的实际应用前景。
