超厚类金刚石涂层的超高速制备方法

Abstract

本发明涉及一种超厚类金刚石涂层的超高速制备方法。该方法利用等离子体浸没离子注入和高密度等离子体化学气相沉积一体化技术,在不锈钢、铝合金、钛合金、铜、陶瓷等各种试样基底上实现超厚类金刚石涂层的超高速沉积,沉积速率达到80~140nm/min。首先对试样基底实施硅或氮元素浸没离子注入,然后在硅烷、乙炔和氩气混合气氛中,利用高密度等离子体效应交替沉积周期变化硅含量的类金刚石涂层,最终可在试样基底上获得8~30微米厚的超厚类金刚石涂层。本发明获得的超厚类金刚石涂层具有高的膜基结合强度,低摩擦系数和长寿命特性。
