Abstract

本发明公开了一种类金刚石复合二硫化钼纳米多层薄膜及其制备方法,采用双靶磁控溅射技术在不锈钢基底上交替沉积类金刚石层和二硫化钼层,最终获得类金刚石复合二硫化钼纳米多层薄膜。类金刚石单层厚度为10~100 nm,二硫化钼单层厚度为10-100 nm,类金刚石复合二硫化钼纳米多层薄膜总厚度为1.5~6 μm。本发明制得的纳米多层薄膜不仅改善了软质二硫化钼薄膜的耐磨寿命不足和摩擦系数环境敏感性问题,同时解决了硬质类金刚石薄膜脆性大和韧性差等问题,在高真空环境下的磨损率较传统的二硫化钼或类金刚石薄膜降低1-2个数量级,实现了超低摩擦以及高硬度与韧性的完美匹配。
