| Abstract | 本文利用多维气相色谱方法(MDGC)。手性柱作为主分离柱, 分析了人工合成样品中的手性组分α-苯乙胺及α-溴丁酸甲酯。作为实际应用, 对大茴香精油、小茴香精油及玫瑰精油中的旋光性萜烯-柠檬烯用多维气相色谱方法进行了直接分离, 并测定了三种精油中柠檬烯对映体的过剩量值(比值)。 |
