原子簇化合物Na2[Ni6(CO)12]用于制备高分散金属镍催化剂的研究

Abstract以原子簇化合物Na2[Ni6(CO)12]为母体制备了金属镍催化剂。对这类新型催化剂进行了CO加氢甲烷化反应活性的测定, 并用原位红外光谱、紫外漫反射光谱、X射线粉末衍射光谱及透射电子显微镜等技术对催化剂进行了初步考察和表征。结果表明, 新型催化剂具有金属组分分散度高, 结构上有利于CO活化等特点。在低温区(<300 ℃), 对CO加氢甲烷化反应的活性比常规催化剂更高。同时还对载体的影响进行了考察。
