电刷镀Ni-MOS2固体润滑镀层的微观结构

Abstract具有六方晶体结构的MoS2, 在各种固体润滑涂层中能否充分发挥其减摩作用, 在很大程度上决定于MoS2在涂层中的位向。文中对镀层的微观结构及晶粒取向进行了深入的透射电镜(TEM)及X射线衍射分析, 证明镀层中的MoS2晶粒, 绝大多数都以其(0001)基面平行于镀层表面. 显示了明显的择优取向特点。此外还结合镀层的微观结构分析. 对Ni与MoS2两相的共沉积过程进行了讨论。
