Abstract作者考察了热压烧结WC-Ni-PbO金属陶瓷材料的高温摩擦学性能, 发现其在400~600 ℃的温度范围内具有较高的机械强度和良好的自润滑性, 而且在比较高的滑动速度和负荷条件下的摩擦磨损性能更优。X-射线衍射分析表明, 这种材料的主要成分是Ni、WC和PbWO4。随着环境温度的升高, 材料摩擦轨迹上PbWO4的含量逐渐增多, 摩擦系数逐渐下降, 表明PbWO4具有高温润滑性。WC-Ni-PbO材料的摩擦温度特性与PbO的不同, 无论是未经摩擦的材料, 还是在其摩擦轨迹上, 均未发现PbO的存在。
