| Abstract | 本文介绍了PTFE-酚醛环氧防腐防粘耐磨润滑涂层(简称FF型涂层)的研制结果。这种涂层如用邻苯二甲酸酐固化, 在Timken(环一块)试验机上, 312N负荷, 2.5m/s 线速条件下的摩擦系数为0.16--0.20, 耐磨寿命可达13500 m/μm, 但涂料的储存安定性不理想。如用改性己二胺固化, 在同样条件下的耐磨寿命为6000 m/μm, 涂料可储存半年以上, 储存半年后涂层的耐磨寿命降到4000 m/μm |
