AbstractG-M循环微型氦致冷机是利用高压绝热膨胀致冷的小型致冷设备, 处于70°K下的二级活塞环是实现无油润滑动密封有效降温的关键部件。本文介绍的二级活塞环是采用具有较好自润滑性和低温性能的可熔性聚酰亚胺(PI)与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料制成。在室温和-196 ℃下测量了该材料的拉伸、抗冲击和摩擦磨损性能。并用此材料的活塞环进行了台架试验, 运转了1238小时其径向磨损量为0.035毫米, 各项致冷参数均能满足使用要求。按活塞环允许磨损量为0.1~0.15毫米的要求, 估计该活塞环寿命可达10000小时以上。
