Abstract作者研制了一种高抗摩性和高化学稳定性的干膜, 并对影响该干膜性能的主要因素进行了考察, 确定了最佳配比与制备工艺,着重评价了编号为PF-1干膜的抗摩性,在几种常用流体介质和液氢、液氧中的稳定性, 以及底材表面喷砂处理提高干膜粘附性的效应,在与润滑油、脂联用条件下与轴瓦材料锡青铜的抗摩性作了比较。试验结果表明, PF-1干膜不仅有数倍于国内以往干膜的耐磨性, 在膜厚为20~80微米范围内磨损寿命与膜厚成正比, 且当与油、脂联用时有相得益彰的效果。
