Abstract本文介绍了MoS2-Ta自润滑复合材料的制备方法。考察了负荷、速度、温度等因数对编号为8020材料的摩擦、磨损性能的影响,并用8020材料作成26滚动轴承(内径φ6毫米)的保持架进行了轴承试验, 结果表明: 在真空(10-6~10-7乇)中, 温度400~450 ℃、转速2600 转/分、负荷520克的条件下, 这种材料的保持架有效地润滑了该轴承, 其寿命可达1100小时以上。
