Abstract为了促进含MoS2的润滑材料的应用及其基础研究的发展,利用电子显微分析技术研究了国产MoS2的硫/钼原子比、颗粒形貌及其结构,给出了不同产地MoS2粉末的粒径(从微米到纳米范围),以及MoS2粘结膜和MoS2溅射膜的形貌(由断面显示出膜的厚度),并且指出当硫/钼原子比接近于2.00时,MoS2溅射膜的耐磨寿命最长,同时还利用高分辨透射电子显微照片和电子衍射图揭示了国产MoS2的晶体结构及其参数。研究结果对含MoS2润滑材料的发展及其润滑机理研究具有参考和应用价值。
