| Abstract | 用多功能电子能谱仪和扫描电镜初步研究了锡青铜盘上MoS2擦涂膜和45号钢栓的磨损轨迹。结果表明,在摩擦过程中MoS2中的硫与底材发生了化学反应并生成SnS、Cu2S、FeS。这些硫化物有利于MoS2膜与底材间的粘附和润滑。並得到了表面形貌、表面组成、表面元素的价态和深度分布等多种资（?）。 |
