纳米金介孔复合体的合成方法

Abstract

本发明涉及一种纳米金介孔复合体的合成方法。该方法将氯金酸溶于模板剂和水、盐酸中制得溶液,溶液在0-60℃持续搅拌0.3-1小时;在溶液中滴加入正硅酸乙酯,制得纳米金介孔复合体的溶胶,溶胶于0-160℃下静态晶化24-72小时;之后过滤,洗涤,干燥得到纳米金/SiO2介孔复合体干饼,450-600℃空气氛焙烧脱除模板剂制得。本发明具有反应工艺操作简单、反应温度低且温度适用范围宽等优点,制得的纳米金属粒子的粒径2.5-20nm。
