Abstract

本发明涉及一种含二氧化硅纳米颗粒的类金刚石碳复合薄膜的制备方法。该方法选择二甲基二乙氧基硅烷的甲醇溶液作为沉积液,采用电化学沉积的方法,石墨作阳极,单晶硅片作阴极,通过直流高电压作用在阴极上得到含有二氧化硅纳米颗粒的类金刚石碳复合薄膜。其特点是:设备简单,沉积温度低,可以大面积合成含二氧化硅纳米颗粒的类金刚石碳膜。本发明有望在机械摩擦、电学、光学等领域得到应用。
