铜镍双金属纳米颗粒的制备方法

Abstract

本发明公开了一种稳定的纳米铜镍双金属纳米颗粒的制备方法。该制备方法是以常见的铜盐及镍盐的乙醇溶液、与含硫化合物的乙醇溶液混合,通过水合阱进行化学还原反应,生成有机单分子层保护纳米镍复合物,制得的纳米颗粒粒径为7-10nm、分布均匀,且在非极性溶剂中有很好的分散性;本发明具有原料易得,设备工艺简单,高效快速,产率高等特点,适合大规模工业生产。
