类富勒烯碳膜的制备方法

Abstract

本发明公开了一种高弹性、低摩擦类富勒烯碳膜的制备方法。本发明采用复合气相沉积系统,利用脉冲高偏压与磁控溅射相结合的方法制备。制备出的类富勒烯碳膜具有原子量级的表面光洁度、较低的摩擦系数、较高的硬度以及良好的弹性恢复性能。因此适用于高精度空间运动部件、微机电系统的润滑,并有望成为一种长寿命、低摩擦的减摩抗磨固体润滑薄膜。
