Abstract

本发明公开了一种合成气或焦炉煤气为原料经甲烷化反应制备代用天然气的方法。该方法以合成气或焦炉煤气为原料气,通过装有甲烷化催化剂的固定床反应器,在反应温度250~750℃,反应压力0.1~6.0Mpa,原料气总空速500~50000h-1条件下,经甲烷化反应获得甲烷摩尔百分数在93%以上的代用天然气。本发明与现有过程相比可以在更高的空速条件下操作,从而获得更高的甲烷时空收率。
