| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种1，2-二氯丙烷催化氧化制3-氯丙烯的催化剂。催化剂是由活性组分和载体组成，其中活性物为，M1-M2-M3其中M1为Cu或Ni的盐，M2为Pt或Pd的盐，M3为Ti或Zr的盐，载体为α-Al2O3，γ-Al2O3，分子筛，活性炭其中之一。催化剂在固定床反应器中，利用空气作为氧化剂，将1，2-二氯丙烷转化为3-氯丙烯。该催化剂在空气空速为1000~10000h-1，原料进料速度0.1~1ml/s，反应温度450~500℃，可使反应原料的转化率达98%以上，产物选择性为100%。 |
