| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种糠醛气相脱羰生产呋喃用高效负载型贵金属催化剂及其制备方法。糠醛气相脱羰生产呋喃用高效负载型贵金属催化剂以Al2O3-TiO2复合氧化物为载体，含Pt0.4~0.7%重量，同时含K2O或Cs2O或MgO或CaO或BaO，其含量为0.5~2.0%重量。该催化剂采用浸渍法制备，具有高活性、高选择性等特点。本发明的催化剂在常压下、280℃，糠醛空速为0.9h-1(体积空速)，糠醛与氢气摩尔比为0.5~2.0条件下，转化率可达80~97%，选择性达85~92%。 |
