Abstract采用脉冲电沉积法制备了不同晶粒尺寸的纳米晶钴镀层, 考察了晶粒尺寸对纳米晶钴硬度和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明: 随着晶粒尺寸的减小, 钴镀层的硬度显著升高, 符合经典的Hall-Petch 效应; 而纳米晶钴的抗磨性并没有随着晶粒的减小而显著增加, 同时其摩擦系数随着晶粒的减小而略有增加。
