稀土改性炭纤维填充聚四氟乙烯摩擦学性能

Abstract研究了表面改性处理炭纤维填充聚四氟乙烯(CF/PTFE) 复合材料的滑动磨损性能, 探讨了稀土改性剂对复合材料滑动磨损性能的影响. 结果表明: 稀土改性剂能够有效地提高炭纤维与聚四氟乙烯基体之间的界面结合力, 从而提高CF/PTFE 复合材料的滑动磨损性能; 当稀土元素在稀土改性剂中的质量分数为0.3 %时, CF/PTFE 复合材料的滑动磨损性能最佳.
