水溶性金盏花黄色素微胶囊的制备方法

Abstract本发明公开了一种水溶性金盏花黄色素微胶囊的制备方法。采用超声波细胞粉碎同步乳化包合法制备,依次包括原料融合均质、超声乳化包合以及干燥微囊化成型三个过程。本发明得到的黄色素微胶囊为100%水溶性,复配成水溶液后,乳液平均粒径在190nm左右,产品可直接应用或配成一定浓度的贮备液应用于药物、焙烤食品、冷冻食品、饮料、果冻和果酱类等,在加工和贮存过程中物理稳定性和化学稳定性都很好,并具有良好的营养强化功能和着色功能。
