| Abstract | 对苍耳子Xanthii Fructus 的化学成分进行研究。方法 利用正相硅胶柱色谱、反相ODS 柱色谱、SephadexLH-20 柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离和纯化，根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从苍耳子的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了15 个化合物，分别鉴定为百合内酯（1）、(3S, 5R, 6S, 7E)-5, 6-epoxy-3-hydroxy-7-megastigmene-9-one（2）、7α-羟基-β-谷甾醇（3）、豆甾-4-烯-3β, 6α-二醇（4）、6′-棕榈酰基-β-胡萝卜苷（5）、β-谷甾醇（6）、β-胡萝卜苷（7）、蛇菰宁（8）、松脂醇（9）、苍耳亭（10）、苍耳皂素（11）、苍耳烯吡喃（12）、对羟基苯甲醛（13）、3-羟基-4-甲氧基反式桂皮醛（14）、槲皮素（15）。结论 化合物1～5 为首次从苍耳属植物中分离得到，化合物8 为首次从苍耳中分离得到。 |
