Abstract本发明公开了一种溶剂热法制备纤维状纳米凹凸棒石的方法。其技术要点是,将廉价的硅酸钠、无机镁盐和铝盐混合,用盐酸处理至pH 1~3,然后再将缓慢滴加一定浓度的氢氧化钠溶液进行碱化,形成Si/Al和Si/Mg比为2~4的固体凝胶沉淀物,将沉淀物进行陈化后分离、洗涤并干燥,得到前驱体。再将前驱体与有机溶剂按固液比1∶50-100混合,于200ml聚四氟乙烯不锈钢反应釜中在120~180℃范围内反应48~96h,自然降温即可得到不同纤维状纳米凹凸棒石。本发明工艺和设备要求简单、产品稳定且性状可控,可用于医药、吸附剂、化妆品和有机-无机纳米复合材料制备等诸多领域。
