Abstract本发明公开了一种高压诱导制备凹凸棒黏土基纳米复合颜料的方法,它是将凹凸棒黏土与不同染料按染料/凹凸棒黏土质量比1∶200~1∶20混合后,置于耐压密封罐中,在压力0.5~5MPa、温度80~200℃条件下反应1~12h,得纳米复合颜料。本发明通过控制密封罐内的压力促进染料分子进入凹凸棒黏土纳米孔道,提高染料分子与凹凸棒黏土的结合力,从而得到色泽好、稳定性高和耐氧化的纳米复合颜料,性能稳定且色度可控,用于着色高分子制品、建筑涂料和文物保护等诸多领域。
