等径弯角挤压法制备的TiNiFe合金的滑动摩擦磨损性能研

Abstract采用先进的等径弯角挤压工艺制备微米晶TiNiFe合金块体材料, 分析经过等径弯角挤压工艺处理后TiNiFe合金的显微组织, 测定其显微硬度, 并考察等径弯角挤压工艺对TiNiFe合金摩擦磨损性能的影响. 结果表明: 高温等径弯角挤压处理可以细化TiNiFe合金的微观组织, 显著提高其显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能; 未经处理TiNiFe合金的磨损表面较为粗糙, 沿滑动方向存在较深的犁沟和大块磨粒剥落, 呈现出明显的磨粒磨损特征; 而经过高温等径弯角挤压处理后, TiNiFe合金的磨损表面较为光滑、平整, 呈现出较轻微的磨粒磨损特征.
