Abstract本发明公开了一种有机润滑薄膜一离子液体润滑薄膜的制备方法。具有纳米厚度的离子液体润滑薄膜为解决苛刻条件下的边界润滑和摩擦磨损问题提供了新的途径。本发明利用离子液体为成膜材料,在清洁的基底材料上涂覆润滑薄膜。制备过程和方法简单,得到的有机润滑薄膜厚度为10~20nm,对于多种不同的材料作为摩擦副均具有较好的摩擦学性能,在低载荷下具有很低的摩擦系数和较长的耐磨寿命。具有纳米厚度的离子液体薄膜可望在气浮轴承、电接触开关、微型机械等装置中得到应用。
