Abstract本发明公开了一种原位合成Fe3AlC0.5硬质相增强的FeAl基金属间化合物复合材料的制备方法。选用重量百分数分别为三氧化二铁56-68%,铝31-43%,碳0.2-1.5%的粉状混合反应物,采用燃烧合成熔化法在350-450℃下引发化学反应,制备Fe3AlC0.5增强的FeAl基金属间化合物复合材料的方法。该方法与熔炼或热压烧结方法相比工艺及所需设备简单,成本明显降低,制备的材料具有良好的微观组织结构及力学性能。
