AbstractCeO2-ZrO2/TiO2 solid solutions modified CuO/TiO2 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and the catalytic activity in catalytic combustion of ethyl acetate has been measured. the promoting effect of solid solutions in CeO2-ZrO2/TiO2 catalyst for catalytic combustion of ethyl acetate compared to CuO/TiO2 catalyst was deduced to be based on the improving reducibility of catalyst and the high dispersion of CuO on the surface of support, thus, catalytic activity of the modefied catalyst was improved.
