| Abstract | 本发明提供一种酚酞聚芳醚酮基自润滑复合材料，可用作摩擦材料，适用于宇宙空间和辐照环境下。本发明的具体配方是在酚酞聚芳醚酮中添加二硫化钼和/或石墨、氟化镧、碳纤维，在温度为310~330℃，压力为75~100MPa，时间为15~30分钟下热压制成复合材料，此材料的摩擦系数0.12~0.22磨损率0.52~1.98×10-15m3/(n.m),弯曲强度73.8~96.8MPa,布氏硬度246~292MPa。 |
