| Abstract | 通过选用特定的化学反应、润湿层物质及物料的有序堆放，采用高温气压自蔓延反应方法在普通碳素结构钢表面制备了Ni3Al-Cr7C3复合材料涂层，该制备方法工艺简单，节能，所制备的涂层纯度高，微观组织致密良好，涂层与底材为牢固的冶金结合，涂层具有良好的室温抗磨性能及较高的硬度，其耐磨性是轴承钢的4~7倍。 |
