| Abstract | 一种高耐磨润滑涂料，可解决高温、高速条件下动力轴承的耐磨和润滑问题。基料选用酚醛环氧树脂，固化剂选用双氰胺或邻苯二甲酸酐，以聚四氟乙烯、金属氧化物等为耐磨润滑填料。室温-210℃条件下固化成膜，用在MHK-500型环块试验机上测得耐磨行程15，000m/μm，摩擦系数为0.16—0.19、冲击强度为50kg·cm，附着力为1级，柔韧性为1mm。 |
