| Abstract | 镍合金基高温自润滑材料，属超级镍合金基高温自润滑复合材料，选用镍、铬、钨、钼、铝、钛、硼作为自润滑复合材料的基体，并加入适量的石墨与银为润滑相，采用中频励磁感应加热高温快速热压成型法制备材料。本材料在900—1000℃高温和高速、高负荷等工况条件下，有良好的机械性能和自润滑性能。 |
