固相微萃取用氧化钛萃取棒的制备方法

Abstract本发明公开了一种固相微萃取用新型氧化钛中空纤维萃取棒的制备方法。本发明采用溶胶凝胶法在聚丙烯中空纤维的表面沉积多层氧化钛,然后高温灼烧除去聚丙烯基质,得到氧化钛中空纤维萃取棒,以实现对药物、环境样品中微量及痕量极性化合物的萃取预富集,并由气相色谱或高效液相完成分离分析。萃取棒具有三维多孔结构,有较大的比表面积,涂层厚度可控,化学和热稳定性好,pH稳定范围宽(pH=1~14),对极性化合物具有较高的萃取效率。
