聚乙烯基咪唑型硅胶填料的制备方法

Abstract本发明公开了一种高效液相色谱填料的制备方法,特别涉及采用原子转移自由基聚合技术制备聚乙烯基咪唑型硅胶填料的方法。本发明将氨丙基硅烷化试剂改性后的全多孔球形硅胶进行溴化制得溴化硅胶,然后将溴化硅胶和N-乙烯基咪唑通过原子转移自由基聚合反应,生成聚N-乙烯基咪唑接枝硅胶。本发明的填料具有聚合层厚度均匀、可控、多重作用机理等优点,不但可以在同一色谱模式下分离多类物质,而且可以分别用于反相、正相、离子色谱模式下的分离,表现出选择性和稳定性良好、峰形对称、柱效高、柱容量大等优势,具有很好的应用潜力。
