Abstract本发明公开了一种固体茶及其制备方法。固体茶由黄芪、党参、枣、葡萄干、姜、花椒和绿茶七味药食同源的药材或食品配比组成,该配方口感佳,具补益功能。在整个制备过程中,充分利用原料本身的植物纤维的良好分散性,同时避免了含糖量高的原料预处理的繁琐步骤,在不加入任何化学合成的添加剂及辅料的情况下完成制备,该颗粒均匀、稳定,可直接食用或冲泡服用,也用于制备袋泡茶,完全顺应了人们对健康以及回归自然的需求。
