| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种具有抗癌活性的核桃素及其制备方法和应用。核桃素为二芳基庚烷类化合物，具有C20H24O4的分子式，化学结构式用式(I)表示。通过体内外药理活性研究表明该化合物具有较强的抗癌活性，可望开发以核桃素为原料的抗癌新药。 |
