| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种从甘肃棘豆中分离提取总生物碱提取物的生产工艺。本发明将干燥的甘肃棘豆原料，经过水加热提取，将提取液减压浓缩，酸化，上阳离子柱交换吸附，依次用水和含水醇液冲洗后用碱性醇溶液洗脱，收集碱性乙醇洗脱液浓缩干燥后得到。本发明制备的总生物碱提取物得率高，提取成本低，工艺简单，制备过程安全，整个提取工艺适合于工业化生产。 |
