Abstract本发明提供了一种抗扰动絮体沉淀反向分离罐,包括絮体消能导流区、螺旋分离板、絮体储存仓和反向过滤仓,絮体消能导流区包括与进水管连接的导流管及设置在其上部的帽状导流罩;螺旋分离板与罐体外壳构成一下降螺旋通道;絮体储存仓设在罐体的下部,与排絮管道连接;反向过滤仓设在罐体的上部,其顶部设出水口,出水口处设置一过滤网,罐体顶部与出水管路连通。它是一套占地面积小、投资及运行成本低、污染小、能耗低、配置简单、固液分离效率高、过滤网负荷小、絮体收集方便的封闭式混凝固液分离装置,与适当的组合混凝药剂和混凝系统配合,适合于马铃薯/玉米淀粉加工废水、化工废水和炼钢除尘废水等絮凝混凝污水处理法的固液高效分离净化。
