Abstract本实用新型提供了一种利用太阳能对物料进行烘干的温室型双集热双保温太阳能热泵烘干装置,包括烘干单元、由自集热单元和外集热单元构成的太阳能集热单元、由热泵构成的辅助加热单元、冷凝除湿余热回收单元以及自动化监测控制单元。该烘干装置有效提高了太阳能的利用率,克服了太阳能的不稳定性,保证了烘干过程的连续性,并提高了烘干效率。干燥脱水过程干净、卫生、节能,可以有效克服农副产品等采用常规太阳暴晒和传统能源烘干造成的污染、脱色、变质和耗能的弊端。对于开发新能源、提高农副产品加工质量、促进循环经济和保护生态环境具有积极意义。
