Abstract本发明公开了一种抗硫中毒汽车尾气净化催化剂及其制备方法,它以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为基体,以Pd、Pt和Rh贵金属为主要活性组分,基体微孔和孔道表面上涂敷一层由氧化铝粉、稀土金属、碱土金属、过渡金属和La-Y-Ce-Zr固溶体组成的复合氧化铝涂层,复合氧化铝涂层重量占基体重量的15~25%,在所述的复合氧化铝涂层上再浸渍一层由稀土金属和过渡金属组成的预浸层,得到由基体、复合氧化铝涂层和预浸层构成的催化剂载体,再用含有活性组分Pd、 Pt和Rh贵金属的可溶性盐溶液浸渍催化剂载体,得到汽车尾气净化催化剂。该催化剂在维持对CO、HC、NOx的转化率不变的基础上,同时具有良好抗硫中毒性能。
